One family is accusing an Ohio nursing home of allowing their father, who has severe dementia, to vote in the upcoming election without their permission.

The man, a resident of Lorain County’s Good Samaritan nursing home, told his family members he could not recall for whom he had cast his ballot, according to a local newsnet5 report. The family feels their father, who was not identified, was taken advantage of in the election process, according to the report. The nursing home manager said the facility works to make sure the right residents are voting and for the right reasons, according to the report.

The family already got a court order that declared him incompetent to vote. They are currently debating having his ballot declared invalid. There are other allegations of voter fraud in Ohio. Click here.
