» Monticello provided $14 million in first lien debt financing for a Wisconsin skilled nursing facility portfolio, the lender announced in August. The financing will be used to refinance two SNFs and acquire another SNF and an assisted living facility. The buildings have a total of 305 beds. 

»Real estate finance firm Walker & Dunlop announced in mid-August that it facilitated the financing of three Colorado skilled nursing facilities for $16.4 million. The portfolio includes a 28-unit facility in Paonia, CO, and two 29-unit facilities in Rocky Ford and Glenwood Springs, CO.

» SLP Operations, a Texas-based long-term care operator, acquired two Houston-area skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, the company announced in early August. One facility is a 107-bed building, while the other is a 111-bed skilled nursing center. 

» Sabra Health Care REIT disclosed in early August that it had sold three skilled nursing/transitional care facilities for $17.9 million. Two of the facilities are leased to Genesis HealthCare. The buyer also took on $14.2 million of HUD-insured mortgage debt with the transaction.
