» Diversicare Healthcare Services was delisted from the NASDAQ Stock Market after its appeal to stop the delisting was denied, the company announced. Its common stock is now being traded on the “Over the Counter” market under the symbol “DVCR.” The company said it still plans to remain a reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and to continue to be subject to the public reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
» Signature HealthCare announced a new flu vaccine policy that requires all employees, residents, patients, volunteers, vendors and anyone within its facilities to be vaccinated for the 2019-2020 flu season. People who enter its facilities without proof of vaccination will be required to wear a mask in resident and patient care areas.
» Innovaccer, a data-activation company, has launched the Referral Management Solution tool, which aims to improve patient outcomes through better referral management. The solution streamlines patient referrals for care organizations by reducing leakages, providing better connectivity and boosting scheduling.
