Eight Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities operated by Dycora Transitional Health and Living have fallen into receivership.
That’s because an affiliate of landlord Golden Living Centers moved to take control of the properties, claiming its California-based tenant failed to pay rent.
The receiver plans to improve finances at the buildings with an eye toward selling them to a new operator, according to reports. Dycora, meanwhile, said it was focusing on its 19 skilled nursing facilities in the state of California.
