Sun Health hires Benbenek as chief marketing officer

Vincent Benbenek has joined Surprise, AZ-based Sun Health as chief marketing officer.

“As CMO, Vince will be leading Sun Health’s branding efforts, including the foundation’s Generosity for Generations capital campaign and the extensive programs and services offered through Sun Health Wellness,” Sun Health President and CEO Joe La Rue said. “He will also support the growth and development of Sun Health Communities three life care communities: Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, La Loma Village in Litchfield Park and The Colonnade in Surprise.”

In addition to running his own marketing and brand development agency, Benbenek recently was vice president of marketing and communications for Cape Fear Valley Health, an integrated, eight-hospital system with more than 75 locations across seven counties in North Carolina. He led the marketing team there for almost 10 years.

Benbenek earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from State University of New York at Buffalo.
