Zachary Shamberg has been promoted to president and CEO at the Pennsylvania Health Care Association. He had been the PHCA Director of Advocacy and Legislative Affairs since 2014.
Shamberg worked as a campaign manager for state Rep. Todd Stephens (R-Montgomery) in the 2010 and 2012 campaigns, and served as a district office manager for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He was a political intern for Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA).
Shamberg completed his bachelor’s degree at Ursinus College and is track to complete his MBA at the University of Pennsylvania next year.
