Rosemount Pavilion in Portsmouth, OH, has made several staff appointments in the wake of its departure from HCR-Manor Care and its Heartland brand.
Rosemount operated as Heartland of Portsmouth for more than 30 years, most recently under the leadership of Tim Huff, LNHA. Under new ownership by ReAch, he has been promoted to regional director of operations. Huff is responsible for facilities in southern Ohio, including in Portsmouth, Jackson, Cincinnati and Dayton.
In addition, Scott Marshall has been hired as the new administrator for Rosemount, while longtime employee Stephanie Holland has been named director of nursing.
