Charles “Chuck” Quinnan joined LeadingAge Pennsylvania as senior vice president and chief of government affairs starting Jan. 31.
Quinnan succeeds Anne Henry, who has retired, according to the organization.
Quinnan was previously associate state director for advocacy and outreach at AARP Pennsylvania. He also has held positions as the director of intergovernmental affairs and as executive director of the Pennsylvania Long-Term Care Council with the PA Department of Aging.
Quinnan received a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Penn State, and attended the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, as well as the Legislative Staff Management Institute through the National Conference of State Legislatures.
