Eric Rosenberg, M.D., FACP, has joined MediTelicare as chief medical officer, a role in which he will be directly involved with transforming the company’s delivery approach into a value-based system focused on behavioral healthcare in skilled nursing and senior living settings.

Rosenberg is board-certified in internal medicine and geriatrics and has practiced primary care for over 33 years. He was the co-founder of ProHealth Physicians, a primary care-focused medical group that provided nearly 10% of the primary care in Connecticut with revenues over $250 million. He also taught clinical internal medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

He was among the top 1% of U.S. physicians for patient satisfaction in a 2018 Press-Ganey survey, on the Castle-Connolly Top Doctors list 2005-2019 and named “One of the Nation’s Top Primary Care Physicians” in 2000.
