Larry Heydon has joined Indianapolis-based Golden LivingCenters – Indiana as chief financial officer. He will oversee the day-to-day financial operations as well as identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
Heydon brings more than 26 years of healthcare and finance expertise to the role, in which he will provide executive financial leadership for the company’s corporate headquarters, as well as the operations of all 23 LivingCenters. Golden LivingCenters – Indiana’s network of healthcare services includes assisted living, skilled nursing care, rehab, hospice and palliative care.
Prior to joining Golden LivingCenters – Indiana, Heydon was president and CEO of Johnson Memorial Hospital for 11 years. He also was the hospital’s CFO for six years. In addition, he was the executive director of the Mooresville campus of Franciscan St. Francis Health, where he contributed to the hospital’s expansion efforts.
On top of his healthcare experience, Heydon has been chairman of the Board of Directors for Citizens Bank – Indiana (Citba Financial Corp.) since 2014.
