Her new role will have Bullock addressing strategic and tactical issues throughout the lifecycle of medical technologies with a specific focus on diagnostics, devices, and drugs and biologics.
Bullock previously worked at CMS for six years and was named deputy director of the CMS Division of Outpatient Care in 2009. Before her tenure at CMS, she worked at Avalere from 2003 to 2006. She has also been a research associate at Covance Health Economics and Outcome Services Inc.
She received her MHS in Health Policy and Management from the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
