Angela Brandt

Ohio-based ProMedica, operator of 162 skilled nursing facilities, has named Angela Brandt president of ProMedica Senior Care.

She will be responsible for driving senior care excellence, strategically investing in senior care operations nationwide, achieving synergies with other ProMedica divisions, exploring new partnerships and ventures, and advancing a holistic care model.

Brandt has nearly 25 years of healthcare industry experience. Most recently, she served as president of the ProMedica Physicians, where she oversaw the business operations, clinical operations, revenue cycle and value-based initiatives of the provider group, which includes 130 locations. For the last year, she also led the organization’s Telehealth Institute, which focused on using technology to enhance clinical capabilities across the ProMedica footprint during the pandemic.

She previously served in various executive and operational leadership positions at ProMedica and Summa Health System.

As a Baldrige Executive Fellow through the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Brandt also brings nationally recognized leadership skills that encompass a broader perspective on the best ways to achieve performance excellence and stimulate innovation.

According to LinkedIn, Brandt is a U.S. Navy veteran. She earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Kaplan University and an executive master of business administration from the Weatherhood School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2015.
