Siamac Afshar is the new Vice President, Investment Banking, at HJ Sims
He was previously the Vice President with Acacia Financial Group, an independent municipal advisory firm. Siamac also spent four years with Public Financial Management.
Siamac also has worked on policy initiatives with the Internal Revenue Service and Government Accounting Standards Board.
In his spare time, he volunteers with local no-kill animal shelters and is involved with the Philadelphia theater community.
Siamac earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
