The culmination of the first McKnight’s Women of Distinction award program takes place Thursday, when 41 esteemed women leaders in long-term care are feted in Chicago. The sold-out event will recognized Lifetime Achievement winner Lynne Katzmann, 19 Hall of Honor executives and 21 “Rising Star” recipients.
McKnight’s Long-Term Care News and McKnight’s Senior Living joined forces this year to create the “Women of Distinction” honors to recognize those who have made a lasting contribution to the field. The response has been overwhelming and plans for an expanded program next year are already underway.
