The Long-Term and Post Acute Care Health Information Technology (LTPAC HIT) Collaborative will host its 10th annual conference from Sunday, June 22, to Tuesday, June 24. There are ten key organizations that are part of the LTPAC Health IT Collaborative, including the American Health Information Management Association and Leading Age/Center for Aging Services Technology.

The LTPAC HIT Summit is designed to advance “policies and initiatives aligning with the national healthcare strategy” by gathering HIT leaders, LTPAC providers, policy makers, professionals and vendors.

The LTPAC Health IT Collaborative and key organizations will address issues in LTPAC care settings; present implementation successes; and provide interactive sessions.

Participants are encouraged to attend keynote addresses, early riser sessions and individual tracks and to personalize their two-day learning experience.

The summit will begin at 3 p.m. on June 22 and 8 a.m. on June 23 and June 24. It will be held at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore, Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD. For more information, click here.
