UMF Corporation has introduced the C-PULL for healthcare privacy curtains, the first product in the company’s Micrillon® line.
C-Pull includes a hard surface target for caregivers that offers virus protection. It’s designed for reusable and disposable curtains and eliminates hand-to-curtain contamination.
Phoenix Textile Corporation has added C-PULL to its portfolio of healthcare solutions. As a product offers antimicrobial product protection against bacteria, fungi and viruses, it is considered ideal for nursing homes.

A recent study published in the American Journal of Infection Control indicated that 42% of privacy curtains were contaminated with vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE), 22% with methicillin-resistant S aureus (MRSA) and 4% with clostridium difficile (C. diff).
