Rising healthcare costs topped the list of trends that human resource professionals believe will have the greatest impact on the workplace in the next decade, a new survey finds.
Other “top 10” trends expected to shape the workplace include rising medical costs, identity theft and increased workloads.
The survey was conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management. More than 1,200 SHRM members responded to the survey.
