» Miele USA has launched Little Giants washers and dryers with short-cycle wash programs, high-temperature disinfection up to 200°F, and high-spin extraction for faster, hygienic cleaning. The large-capacity machines with improved efficiency and specialty cleaning programs were designed with senior care facilities in mind.
