Ziegler recently announced the successful closing of a $40 million tax-exempt, fixed-rate Fleet Landing Series 2013A Bond issue for Naval Continuing Care Retirement Foundation (Fleet Landing). The operator owns and operates a continuing care retirement community in Atlantic Beach, FL. The property consists of 354 independent living units, 76 assisted living units, and a health center that provides care to 80 residents.
