Wachusett Healthcare selects integrated suite

Wachusett Healthcare has selected SmartLinx’s integrated suite to handle scheduling, attendance and compliance, the company said.

Wachusett had previously relied on various systems and processes to manage its workforce of 500 employees, who are collectively responsible for caring for about 460 residents across four sites.

It is rolling integrated SmartLinx workforce management suite to manage its scheduling, time and attendance, and compliance processes.

“Before SmartLinx, we had no way of looking into employee schedules and seeing who could fill an open shift,” said Sharon Ellis, HR Director for Wachusett Healthcare. “We wanted a system that could handle everything on one platform, have one point of data entry and all the information flow across the system.“We started scheduling right away. The feedback from our employees has been great.”
