Vocoli, a Boston tech start-up, has created a digital suggestion box to increase employee engagement.
The software-as-a-service product is designed for all devices, from desktop to mobile and can be accessed with any device or screen size. It is considered for healthcare organizations, and can be customized.
Features include a cloud-based and intuitive interface, ability to attach photos to new ideas and a social innovation feature that allows stakeholders to share ideas. There also is an ability to run reports on ROI, the company said.
Vocoli is a spin-off of Massachusetts Technology Corporation.
