The cuff is designed for compression of the urethra to minimize leakage, and to protect the blood circulation in the topside of the penis, which eliminates possible blood supply restriction pain.
The Pacey Cuff stops urinary leakages and reduces the dependency on absorption pads. It also can be adjusted by its Velcro strap.
