Fitango Health Inc. released its telemedicine module this week at the 2016 American Telemedicine Association Conference in Minneapolis.

During a telemedicine appointment through Fitango Health, residents or patients can use multi-point video, voice and chat. Care providers can receive real-time clinical data when patients report on vital measurements, and can receive alerts between appointments.

The platform includes tracking tools to evaluate adherence to medications.

Fitango Health, which was founded in 2010 and is based out of New York, also has a Population Health Management Platform.
