Soriant Healthcare in Atlanta has bought Delta Management Group, which offers support services for environmental services, food and nutrition, laundry and linen, biomed, facilities management and patient transport.
John Pratt, Managing Director of Delta, will join Soriant Healthcare as a senior vice president.

Soriant, which was founded in 2004 and was formerly known as AFR Solutions, offers healthcare consulting.
