Capital Funding LLC announced the closing of a $5.8 million bridge-to-HUD loan for a skilled nursing facility.
The private owner at Longmeadow Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Ravenna, OH, was able to refinance with the loan. Embassy Healthcare acts as an operator of the facility.
Capital Funding’s Craig Casagrande was the originator of the deal.
