Capital One has provided a $17.1 million HUD 232/223(f) loan to refinance a Romeo, MI, facility.
The 104-unit skilled nursing facility is in the suburbs of Detroit. The refinancing will allow the borrower to refinance existing bank debt as well as partnership debt. Built in 2014, the facility serves both Medicare and managed care residents.
Senior Vice President Joshua Rosen originated the deal.
