Coral Reef, the Sherwin-Williams Color of the Year for 2015, was featured by RLH Studio in a senior living dining area, the company said.
“For the new generation of senior living, adding punches of vibrant color is a huge game-changer,” said interior designer Renee Hallberg. “We always challenge ourselves to give our projects a residential aesthetic to create a space where seniors can thrive. When we discuss how the common areas are going to be furnished, we focus on functionality, but the end result always has to be an energetic place that the residents can enjoy every day. A color like Coral Reef is a “lively and beautiful accent” that is perfect for a senior living space, and can give the room a glow, Hallberg said.
