RosieConnect has been wholly acquired by Constant Care and will now be known as Constant Care Technology LLC, the company announced.
The flagship product, CareConnection, continues to grow in the long-term care and post-acute industry, and the new name reflects the mission, it said.
The new website is www.constantcaretechnology.com. The company has primary offices in Louisiana and Georgia.
