Relias Learning, the parent company of Silverchair Learning Systems, announced Monday it had acquired Care2Learn from VectorLearning.

Care2Learn has a library of more than 770 courses over 17 disciplines. The combined company’s e-learning solutions and content will serve more than 3,500 organizations and nearly two million people, the companies said.

“By combining with Relias Learning, our Care2Learn clients will have access to an expanded set of content and functionality. In addition, we believe the industry will now be able to truly leverage the benefits that come from e-learning and premium content to ensure corporate compliance, quality assurance and ultimately the best available care,” said VectorLearning CEO Tom Wallace.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Relias also owns Essential Learning. Care2Learn acquired Upstairs Solutions last year.
