Real Time Medical Systems is partnering with Creative Solutions in Healthcare, a Texas-based care provider for seniors. The combination will expand Real Time’s coordinated care efforts to Creative Solutions over 70 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
With more than 700 communities currently using Real Time’s interventional analytics tools, the company says it is working to improve the coordinated care between hospitals and post-acute care providers within the communities that use their technology.
