QS/1 and Richoh USA announced an agreement that will extend QS/1’s on-site support coverage nationally, starting in August.
The partnership will increase QS/1’s support staff to almost 1,000 people which will provide
same-day, on-site technicians across the country and should reduce the cost for their on-site hardware maintenance customers, according to Kevin Welch, the president at QS/1.
“We saw this partnership as a game-changer and opportunity to add even more value for our
hardware maintenance customers,” Welch said.
Current customers will have no changes in how they interact with their client services, sales, or account management teams, QS/1 said.
