Prime Care Technologies Inc. has debuted Healthline. The service, part of the primeFORCE portfolio, has 24/7 telephone and/or video access to teams of healthcare professionals without per-call consult fees.
Calls are answered in an average of 16 minutes and can include obtaining a prescription, advice from a nurse practitioner on how to ease pain, or help from a billing expert.
