Senior Living Investment Brokerage has represented Presence Life Connections in the sale of two Illinois communities, the firm announced last month. The SNFs were sold for $26.5 million to Health and Home Management Inc.

The first community, Presence Ballard Rehabilitation, is a skilled nursing facility built in 1977. It has 231 licensed beds and is on 1.88 acres. Occupancy was at 65%.

The second community, Saint Andrew Life Center, was constructed in 1963 and consists of 209 beds/units and sits on 9.41 acres. Occupancy was 80%.
