Luther Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 140-bed skilled nursing community in Hatboro, PA, has received $16.1 million in funding, Capital Funding announced.
The closing of the HUD mortgage was Jan. 17.
Craig Casagrande, Director of Real Estate Finance, originated the mortgage.
Capital Funding is based in Baltimore.
