Oak Grove Capital has closed six loans for seniors housing at a total of $18.9 million.
The largest seniors housing deal was for Robbinsdale,MN-based Copperfield Hill Manor, which offers assisted living and received a $9.4 million refinance loan. Copperfield Hill Lodge, also offering assisted living, received a $4.96 million loan.
Prairie Senior Cottages of Alexandria received a $1.2 million FHA loan through Oak Grove. Prairie Senior Cottages of Hutchinson, Prairie Senior Cottages of New Ulm and Prairie Senior Cottages of Willmar all received $1.1 million FHA loans. All are refinancing loans, and all Prairie Senior sites offer memory care at different Minnesota locations.
