Oak Grove Capital announced that it had closed two loans for seniors housing facilities totaling $12.8 million last month.
The loan for Parkshore Senior Campus, a 296-unit complex in St. Louis Park, MN, was for $7.3 million and is a Freddic Mac supplemental loan. It closed Sept. 30
The second loan was for Haymount Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Fayetteville, NC, for $5.5 million. The lender is FHA and the loan is a 232/223 (f). It closed Sept. 10.
