The National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care has added PointClickCare as its newest NIC Actual Rates Software Partner, adding new data sources and analytic tools used to inform decision making in the senior housing sector.
“NIC’s Software Partners support transparency in senior housing by enabling the most accurate benchmark data available on the monthly rates a resident actually pays living in a senior housing property,” said NIC President and CEO Brian Jurutka. “This provides metrics comparable to other real estate property types, helping investors better understand opportunities in the seniors housing property market.”
NIC works with software providers to make reporting of actual rates more efficient for operators. NIC Actual Rates Software Partners have built reporting of actual rates into their software suites and services to make it easy for operators to participate in NIC’s initiative, which further advances transparency.
