The third version of the CRTS Certification Program features 18 modules of information, each focused on a different aspect of facilitating relocation for seniors.

Curriculum includes comprehensive information on successfully organizing and managing senior moves, helping providers support those who struggle with downsizing, giving up possessions or the emotional struggle of losing part of their identity.

The latest version includes fresh statistics and detailed online illustration in an easy-to-follow format designed to provide transition specialists with plans and techniques that can reduce stress and manage moves effectively.

The CRTS approach emphasizes working with families, communication techniques, dealing with physical limitations, downsizing decisions for personal possessions, finding appropriate housing alternatives and resettling in a new home or facility.
