InControl Medical has introduced its over-the-counter device, Attain, for urinary and fecal incontinence.
Attain applies muscle stimulation via a customizable probe, strengthening the weak pelvic floor muscles that are the underlying cause of incontinence and, at the same time, strengthens the anal sphincter, the company said.
FDA clearance for Attain is currently pending. Attain will be on display at the 2019 CES show in Las Vegas next month at the InControl Medical booth.
