Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL, opened its new health center, The Springs, in October.
Construction began 18 months ago on the 94,000-square-foot health center, which was designed by Perkins and Eastman. It has private resident suites and adjoining bathrooms, 48 of which are for short-term rehabilitation. Another 48 are for long-term care residents, and 28 are for memory support/assisted living. The building has a therapy suite, bistro, outdoor gardens, salon and courtyards.
