Mercy Ridge Retirement Community, a joint venture of Mercy Health Services and the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Baltimore, has chosen Status Solutions for its technology infrastructure.
The company’s wireless Situational Awareness and Response Assistant (SARA) will replace a hardwired emergency call system and be used for centralized monitoring and automated emergency alerting and response management. Mercy Ridge has independent and assisted living unit, and residents will receive single-button mobile duress pendants or bracelets that can give their location.
Mercy Ridge staff will be using SARA’s eMessenger with intuitive dashboards on iPod Touches. The provider is also using Status Solutions’ CATIE application on iPads.
