MDI Achieve/MatrixCare has joined Carequality, an industry collaborative, as a founding member.
The group is dedicated to “accelerating progress in health data exchange among multi-platform networks, healthcare providers, and electronic health record and health information exchange vendors.”
Carequality was created to build industry consensus around implementation of capabilities that enable connectivity, including standards-based technical and testing requirements, trust policies, and operational practices for internetwork connectivity. This idea is an interoperability framework that can lower costs.
