McKesson Corporation showcased new options for providers at the National Community Pharmacists Association, currently underway in Orlando.
Health Mart has a newly launched mobile application, part of Your Pharmacy Online. The app gives patients prescription-management options, such as receiving reminders. Health Mart is featuring its Local Marketing Support program, as well as providing attendees with information on new adherence opportunities available to retail pharmacies, such as medication therapy management.
At the show, McKesson also was highlighting NDC PharmacyRx®, a pharmacy-management system, Pharmaserv®, a system that gives users full control of their pharmacy operations and EnterpriseRx®, the only cloud-delivered system on the market, its makers say, which can provide centralization of patient records for consistency.
McKesson sponsored the Future Pharmacists Network Reception on Saturday. It is also a sponsor of the NCPA LTC Division, which advocates on behalf of LTC pharmacies.
