A winner among the Louisville Innovation Summit finalists will be chosen today.

The 10 finalists are all involved in bringing aging-care innovations to market, and the winner will receive $20,000. The summit, which began Tuesday, brought together leaders and entrepreneurs in the technology, academic, design and healthcare fields.

The finalists are:

• WeRX, Miami

The live pitching of the innovations and awards announcement will be Wednesday afternoon at Kentucky Center for the Arts. Sean Slovenski, CEO, Care Innovations; Steve Meller, Managing Director, Creating Dots; Carlos Dominguez, Senior Vice President, Office of the Chairman and CEO, Cisco; Suresh Vishnubhatla, Senior Vice President/CTO, Pharmerica; and George Lichter, COO/CPO, Apollo Lightspeed, are judges.
