Lancaster Pollard has helped Sprenger Health Care Systems secure funding to expand its skilled nursing facilities.
Sprenger has an existing FHA loan and Lancaster Pollard recommended its Sec. 241 (a) supplemental loan program, and helped Sprenger get approval for an early start for construction.
Most of the costs were funded for the $3.5 million mortgage, and the expansion added 20 skilled nursing beds and 12 additional assisted living units to the Towne Center Community Campus, a CCRC located in Avon Lake, about 30 minutes west of Cleveland.
