LeaderStat announced it earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Health Care Staffing Services Certification.
LeaderStat underwent an onsite review where Joint Commission experts evaluated compliance, the company said. Under review were the competency of staff, placement of staff and performance monitoring. All certified healthcare staffing organizations are required to collect data on their own performance, the company said.
The Joint Commission’s Health Care Staffing Services Certification was established in 2004 and awarded for a two-year period.
