Integral Senior Living has been chosen by Global Premier Regency Palm LP to manage the new community Regency Palms, which is scheduled to begin renovations in the next few months.
Regency Palms is in the Long Beach Professional Building, a historic medical office building in Long Beach, CA. When renovations are complete, Regency Palms will have capacity for 105 residents in the eight-floor historic building.
The building will host rooftop outdoor activities and events, plus have an on-site primary care medical clinic available to members of the public. There will also be a restaurant on the ground level, accessible to anyone in the area.
The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. The eight-story Art Deco two-part block building was originally built in 1929 and renovated in 2003.
It is anticipated to open in the first quarter of 2015.
