HomeFree Systems announced that several enhancements have been made to its Personal Watcher. The product is actually a dual-purpose watch and radio-frequency transmitter. Enhancements include more consistent transmitter range, improved strap design, larger watch dial numbers and on-site battery changing capabilities.
