HJ Sims announced the completion of $43.7 million in financing for Tuscan Gardens at Palm Coast in Palm Coast, FL.
Three buildings covering 152,00 square feet will have 86 assisted living units and 44 memory care units. The financing involved $39.5 million in tax-exempt and taxable bonds.
The complex will sit next to a Grand Haven master planned community and owned by affiliates of the Tuscan Gardens Group.
