Healthcare Transactions Group Inc. arranged the sale of a 118-bed skilled nursing facility in in Carroll County, MD.
The sale of Transitions Healthcare at Sykesville is Healthcare Transaction Group’s 23rd skilled nursing or assisted living facility sale in Maryland. The seller was a private real estate investor based in New Jersey, and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The buyer, an existing Maryland-based operator of six other skilled nursing facilities in the state, was not identified.
Healthcare Transactions has over $2 billion in transactions in 34 states, including as a co-advisor to Kindred Healthcare during the sale of its nursing home portfolio.
